Meet Captain Andy & Crew
Andy Collins has dedicated his life to the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, a passion that began in his youth with hunting and fishing. Growing up, he spent countless hours on the bay, honing his skills in rockfishing and waterfowl hunting. This early love for the water only deepened with time, shaping his career and life choices.
As a United States Coast Guard Captain with over 25 years of experience, Andy has not only mastered the art of navigating and safeguarding the waters but also shares his knowledge and passion with others. He finds great joy in teaching young kids, including his own, about the wonders of life on the bay. Through his guidance, many have learned the skills and respect needed to thrive on the water.
Andy Collins is more than a seasoned captain; he is a mentor and a steward of the Chesapeake Bay, passing down his love and expertise to the next generation.

Join Captain Andy on the spacious 40’ Robbins Deadrise. This vessel is made to fish – with her powerful and reliable Caterpillar 3116 engine, it will get you to the fish fast. The Migrator is equipped with 2 steering stations, an updated Lowrance chart plotter/fishfinder, an updated Hummingbird side scan fish finder, large open deck space to battle those fish, and a raw water washdown. The vessel also has a stand-up latrine.
It also features a live bait tank, an ice-box, and all the needed safety gear. The Migrator can accommodate up to 6 anglers. All children wishing to fish should be old enough to handle a fishing rod by themselves (the minimum age is 12 or consult with the Captain beforehand).

We provide all Maryland fishing licenses for trolling, bottom fishing, live-lining and chumming. On-board we have almost everything you need for a sensational day on the water. Rods & Tackle, Bait & Ice, Lunch Options, 25 Plus Quality Rods and we are licensed for up to 6 passengers! We fish in and around the Chesapeake Bay of Maryland including; The Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Kent Island, The Eastern Bay, The Chester River, The Severn River, Middle Bay & the Upper and Lower Bay.
